Hello! Welcome to Joyful Noise Piano Service! I’m the owner and founder, Hannah “Ember” Jones. I started playing piano at 11 years old and fell in love with it. Ever since, I have continued to discover the power of music and the piano in my personal life and in the lives of those around me.
From 2013-2015 I studied piano technology through the Randi Potter School of Piano Technology. In 2015 I graduated the program and started working out in the field, and this is the company’s ninth year of business.
A member of the Piano Technicians Guild, I currently serve as chapter president to this wonderful community that provides fantastic resources to refine skills and techniques, and is dedicated to continued excellence and high ethical standards.
My business is dedicated to providing excellent, thorough, personalized, and educational service. I strive to give the same level of care and enthusiasm to every piano, regardless of class or make. No piano is too old or small to be beneath my notice and no issue is too small to receive care and attention. To me, pianos are a central part of home and community, the music being a beautiful thing that brings us all together.
